The Estate offers privileged access to a 5-hectare private park made up of woods and meadows.
The House, located in the heart of this green setting, allows for total immersion. You will discover an educational trail on wood species, a Japanese-style garden to recharge your batteries, as well as beehives , a large vegetable garden and an orchard which supply the restaurant "From the Earth to the Plate".

The Villa offers traditional "family" cuisine, using fruit and vegetables from the property and also sourcing from local producers such as our neighbor, the Ferme de Viltain , or farmers from the Saclay plateau.

Spanning over 5 hectares of preserved nature, the private park of Villa Edmond is a true escape from time, where calm, beauty and authenticity reign.
Woods, meadows and tree-lined paths follow one another gently, offering an ideal setting for walking, breathing and recharging in rhythm with nature.
As you stroll along the paths, you might come across our horses, peacefully grazing in the meadows. Their presence adds a lively and poetic touch to the serenity of the place, recalling the deep connection between the Villa and the surrounding nature.
The park caters to all desires: a stroll at sunrise, a moment of reading in the shade of an oak tree, a game of pétanque with friends on the designated court, or a fun break with the outdoor games provided. Each space has been designed so that everyone can find their own rhythm, between relaxation, conviviality, and contemplation.

Who are we
The Villa Edmond de Bièvres, owned by Nathalie and Bertrand Jallerat, is much more than just an estate.
Founders of the Maison Blanche collection and managers of the Le Grand Monarque establishment in Chartres , they have brought to life a place steeped in family history.
The history of Domaine Edmond de Bièvres goes back several generations, when the family of Edmond Jallerat, Bertrand's grandfather, settled in the Chevreuse Valley, on the Saclay plateau. Their farm prospered until the construction of the motorway forced them to leave these lands and settle in Sologne.
Today, by returning to these family lands, Villa Edmond allows us to reconnect with part of the family, still active in running the Viltain farm.
This return to its roots gives Domaine Edmond de Bièvres a unique depth, combining history, family and tradition.
